We are looking for dedicated carers who are committed to giving the best care possible to our clients. You will need to be fit and healthy, a requirement for all Topline Care placements. We would love to hear about your qualifications, specific skills, experience and interests and tell us why you want to be a Live-In Carer. This helps to find common ground and establish rapport. As an Introduction Agency we take into consideration likes and interests between the carer and the client, as each match is handmade.

Clients located nationwide

Whether you have a particular geographical area that you like to work or whether you are prepared to travel, we have clients around the UK who need carers.

Comfortable accommodation and meal provision

Each placement will provide you with a private room for sleep and relaxation and access to Wi-Fi. All food will be provided and will be taken as part of the meal provision that you cater for the client

24/7 support team at Topline Care

Topline Care will provide you with 24/7 support when needed. We will check in with you at regular intervals while in placements.

No age limit - if fit and healthy

The role is open to applicants over the age of 21 years old who are in good health and fitness.

Determine your own rota and availability

We offer you short term and long-term placements whichever suits your lifestyle and needs, with the average being two-weeks. There are excellent daily rates available with the benefit of working nationwide or in the location more convenient to you.

Self-employed

You will manage the care plans and payment plans with the client directly.

STEP 1

STEP 2

A friendly and knowledgeable representative of Topline Care will inform you of our services and the role of being a live-in carer. You will be sent a Carer Introductory Pack with a full set of registration forms for completion.

STEP 3

In order to comply to Care Industry Standards, it is mandatory we hold copies of your identity documents, training certificates, and disclosure and barring certificates. Topline Care ensures confidentiality of all information held and follows strict guidelines in accordance to the Data Protection Act.

STEP 4

You will be contacted following the vetting and assessment process to notify you of the outcome of your application for employment. Should you be successful we will arrange a face-to-face meeting prior to adding you to the carer database. Once we are happy that you meet all our requirements, we will start to arrange placements.
